HEALTH HAZARDS
COCKROACH INFESTATION
Cockroaches in the home environment are a health hazard not only because of the risks posed by cockroach antigens to asthma sufferers, but also because they can carry disease-causing germs and because some of the methods traditionally used to eliminate them cause additional health hazards.
SPIDER INFESTATION
Spiders are considered a nuisance to homeowners, but some spiders can be considered dangerous and harmful causing serious harm if bitten.
MICE INFESTATION
The accumulation of feces from mice and rats can spread bacteria, contaminate food sources and trigger allergic reactions in humans. Once the fecal matter becomes dry, it can be hazardous to those who breathe it in. Moreover, rodent droppings can spread diseases and viruses.
ANT INFESTAION
Another danger you need to worry about is the potential health risk certain types of ants can cause. All types of ants are capable of biting. These insects use their mandibles and mouth to pinch the skin if they feel threatened. These bites can cause some pain and discomfort, but they are usually not dangerous.
